LAMINATE

The laminate is a plastic material normally used for the coating of chipboard, MDF or veneered. The laminate is made by pressing layers of paper saturated with phenolic or with melanin. The laminate we use is of the same type of H.P.L. (High Pressure Laminate), is produced in sheets with thicknesses ranging from 5 / 10 of a millimeter to 20 millimeters. It's very durable and is used for bathrooms, kitchen floors and wherever you need for a very sturdy surface. Provides a wide range of choices of colors and imitation wood, reproducing even the pores of the wood and there are also metal laminates.

MELAMINE

The melamine, or melamine, is a cheaper plastic laminate consisting of only a few layers of paper impregnated with resin applied on a chipboard panel. This material may reproduce the design, color and grain of natural wood. It is used for the realization of economic structures for cabinets and kitchen cabinets.

SOLID WOOD

Wooden boards of different thicknesses and cured dried to reduce moisture content to acceptable levels for processing and subsequent stability of the artifact and most valuable materials, but also the most likely to undergo deformation as climatic variations in summer and winter.

PLYWOOD

CHIPBOARD

MDF

E’ un pannello costituito da fibre di legno finemente preparate, legate da collanti molto forti. E' un materiale estremamente compatto e resistente che, a differenza del truciolare, può essere intagliato e fresato senza rischiare sbriciolature. Grazie alla compattezza della sua superfice, è il materiale più idoneo per la laccatura. In commercio esistono diversi spessori.

LAMINATED PANEL

TAMBURATO

Our honeycomb is made from a pine wood frame (some manufacturers use particle board rejects), inside which was placed a material called "honeycomb", which can be wood or cardboard. This frame is pressed with two sheets of plywood or MDF, applied above and below. The honeycomb is still used for the construction of interior doors and furniture for structures with a thickness of 30 mm olre. egregious as it gives strength and allows you to limit the weight of the products.
